Good Friday Clean-Up

On Good Friday April 6 Castlebar Tidy Towns held its annual Spring Clean. A large group of volunteers assembled and armed with pickers, gloves, fluorescent vest and waste bags set to most areas of the town. It is hoped to make the clean up a weekly event every Sunday morning from 10 am to 11 am.

All are invited and particularly resident groups, sports clubs, schools, the business community and the general public are invited to help make Castlebar a cleaner town.
