In
September two people from Horkans Petsworld in Castlebar visited the school
and brought along some pets. The children were able to handle the pets
and learn how to take care ot them. The children in Senior Infants really
enjoyed this visit as you can see fom the photos below.

Everyone
loved Pete the rabbit.
He
felt so soft and fluffy!
The
boys kept very still while Spike the cockatoo sat on their shoulders.

Lots
of children touched and held Sarah the lizard too.
