Texaco Art Competition

My name is Darragh. I am nine years old. I entered the Texaco Art competition .I got a certificate and commendation from the Texaco Art. I drew my banjo. I wanted to draw my banjo because I know the shape of it really well. I practice on it every day. I used pastels to draw the picture. I love coloring with pastels. It was my first time winning a prize in the Texaco Art competition. I am very happy.

Darragh also received 2nd in Credit Union Competition this year and has received two firsts over the previous two years.

Conor- Credit Union Art Competition. - 3rd in Mayo. Received a voucher for 25Euro, cinema ticket and art brush set. He drew a globe in all different colours and an aeroplane flying across it.
