Liverpool won The Champions League again this year. They are the first and only English club to win it 5 times. They were 3-0 down at half time but only 10 minutes in the second half Liverpool made the greatest comeback ever. In six minutes Liverpool scored 3 amazing goals. Steven Gerrard scored a header and placed it in the bottom corner. Then Vladimir Smicer scored a great goal from about 20 yards out. Suddenly Liverpool are on the break again, Gerrard dribbles the ball into the box and a Milan player brings him down. The ref awards a penalty! Xabi Alonso takes it and Dida saves, but Xabi Alonso scores on rebound. The match ends up 3-3 at the end of extra time. Jerzy Dudek saves nearly all his penalties and Liverpool win the cup for the 5th time.
