DRAGON BY TOYEEB AKANO

Rescuing the Princess

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon.
The dragon had curved claws flaming nostrils and wrinkled skin.
I felt my heart pound like mad. I kept running. I saw my life flash in front of me. He shot flames at me but he missed. He had blazing eyes and was savage. He flew over my head and landed in front of me. I was so scared that I could not move. I went face to face with death. I held my sword out in front of me. I charged at the dragon. I ran so fast that I went straight through him the dragon fell back and broke the door.

I ran in and looked for the room that the princess was in. I looked in every room except one. It was a room with black smoke all around. My eyes watered and I began to cough uncontrollably. I continued on and found the princess. I brought her back to the castle and we lived happily ever after.

ABDULLAH ABBASI

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon. He had deep red eyes, rough skin and horns shaped like the devils. He had sabretooth teeth, sharp curved claws, and armour-plated tails. At first I was terrified I felt like collapsing there and then. I was face to face with one of the biggest and most frightening savage dragons on Earth. By just looking into its deep red eyes I could see the reflection of the young princess. This gave me courage and bravery along with that a boast of adrenaline. I found a weak spot under the dragons wing one last chance. He opened his it and I struck my dagger sharply through its rough skin. Glory came to me for all I though I'm still not out yet.

The princess was still in the collapsing tower and with no time to spear. In jumped on my horse as fast possible though the tower up the shattering stairs finale I saw her beautify face. I was so delighted to see her grabbed arm and dragged her up on to the horse. We made an escape out of the collapsing tower. Past the chromosome dragon luckily the princess and I made it out save and sound.

DILLON RUANE

DRAGON BY MIKEY FORDE

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon. The dragon was huge with large wings. He had red eyes and flaming nostrils and teeth as sharp as daggers. I felt terrified and shaking in my silver suit of armour. I wonder what will I use to kill the dragon, I thought maybe a sword or chains. The dragon was staring at me and blowing fire out his nostrils. I felt braver because I trusted my weapon. I thought my heart might stop as I approached the dragon. I knew that this was the moment of truth, either I lived or died.

It was time to slay the dragon. I took out the sword and ran with it in front of me. I struck the dragon in the heart with a head on attack. I ran and barged in the door and it fell down. I shouted: "Princess, where are you". There was still no answer. I looked for a stairs. There was one in the right wing of the castle. I ran up the stairs to a single bare room with a single bed and a single princess on it. She had blonde hair and a pink dress down to her knees. She was holding a red rose in her hands and a note that said she can only be woken with a kiss. I kissed her and she woke up and asked: "Where was I". I replied: "In a castle guarded by a dragon". I carried her out of the castle and: "I told her to wait by the horse".

I ran back for my golden sword. The princess shouted: "Brave knight come back and bring me to my castle". I walked back to the kings horse and hopped up on to him. The horse galloped away at a nice pace. The princess and I went through the desert next came a long stream and the castle was last. We arrived at the castle and every person shouted.

Saving The Princess

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon. It had curved claws, large wings, large jaws and flaming nostrils. I was so scared I screamed at the top of my voice. I took a deep breath and ran as fast as I could. I got past the dragon but it roared at me then spat a fireball at me. Luckily he missed. I was nearly there and the dragon spat another fireball at me but I dogged it. I finally got there I took a deep breath. I thought I was really lucky to get across the bridge.

I ran up the stairs, but she wasn't in the second floor. I finally found her; she was on the last floor. I walked in the door I saw her for the first time. She was tall and beautiful with blue eyes that glittered all the time, smooth blond hair, and she was wearing a lovely black dress. She was relieved to see me but said that there is no way out. But luckily I knew a way out. I went over to the bookshelf and pulled a book out and a passageway opened. We ran out the passageway to safety. We were both delighted to be free at last.

MARK JENNINGS.

Rescuing the Princess.

A fiery dragon guarded the entrance to the castle. He had savage sharp teeth and deep red eyes; he also had wrinkled skin and flaming nostrils. I was terrified but I had to go past him. He was flying about the castle when he went around the back. I made a run for it but that scary dragon flew after me.

Suddenly, I saw the princess. She had blonde hair and was average in height. She had slim body covered by a pink dress down to her feet. She had deep, shiny, blue eyes. I felt brave again. I ran past the dragon and into the big castle but he was still after me. I ran up the long stairs to the top and rescued the princess. The enormous dragon was waiting for me outside the castle. The princess and I went down the stairs slowly. We saw the dragon coming into the castle so we ran up the stairs again and I had a look, it was dark and scary out there. The dragon was coming up the stair we had to jump out the window.

When we got out of the castle we hid in the grass. The dragon flew over the castle and he was looking for us, there were bellows of green smoke in the air. That was a sign that he was very mad. I looked up and he saw me, we made a run for it, his flaming nostrils were expanding with temper. Thank goodness we got away.

Sweet Escape from a Dragon

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon. I was running towards the castle. I was saying to myself, "I'm going to be a hero". The dragon looked so savage, so scary that my heart was thumping hard that I didn't know where I was. I tried to sneak behind the dragon but he caught me. When I turned my head my life flashed before my eyes. The dragon had two big blazing eyes. I turned around again and shot three arrows at the dragon. A short time later the dragon got weak.

I shot five more arrows. Suddenly the dragon fell down. I got a big boost of adrenaline. I went so super fast that I didn't even know that the castle was really big inside. I went so fast that I didn't even know that I saved the princess. When I got her then it turned out to be a dummy then I throw the dummy away so then I went to go and save the real princess. I asked her what was her name. She said it was Emily. I took her home and we lived happily ever after.

TOYEEB AKANO

A fiery dragon guarded the entrance to the castle. He had big jaws and wrinkled skin and small wings. I ran towards the castle but then the dragon stopped me. So I ran to the left and across the road but he was still running. So I ran faster so he would not catch me. But the dragon would not stop he was a strong dragon. But I was strong too. Then he fired again at me. But it just missed me so I kept running. I burst through the door and went inside to catch my breath.

I looked on the first floor in every room and I could not see her in any room. I went to the second floor and looked in the rooms and eventually found her in the last room and saw her so I run up to her I asked her name. She said it was Mary. I told her my name was Tony and we left the castle arm in arm.

MIKEY MCHUGH

DRAGON BY DAVID JOYCE

Rescuing the Princess.

The entrance to the castle was guarded by a fiery dragon. The dragon had a pointed tail and he was multi-coloured. He was the size of a skyscraper with savage red looking eyes. I was shivering with worry but this was my time to be a hero. I didn't care if I was terrified I had to do this. I took my bow and arrow and aimed for the dragon's head. The dragon fell to the ground with a huge roar. I immediately ran past the dead dragon, up the stairs, through the corridors searching for the room.

I spotted the room the princess was in. The timber door was half broken so I decided to kick it in. I entered the room to find a beautiful princess of slim build with blonde hair, blue eyes and blue dress asleep. I couldn't resist giving the princess a kiss. She awoke slowly. I carried her from her cold room. Then I took her home with me where we got married and lived happily ever after.
