butter. 1. Pour cream into the Steel Churn. 2. Keep turning the handle of the churn to make buttermilk and butter. 3. When ready pour off the buttermilk. 4. Take the butter out of the churn and put it in a bowl of water. 5. Wash the butter to get rid of any buttermilk. 6. Using the wooden paddles flatten the butter. 7.
Add in teaspoons of salt to taste |
