I totally agree Bill.
What I would envisage the guidelines as are optionally accessable for those that are thorough or nervous or inquistisve enough to want to read such things and I'm afraid my methodical nature causes me to write such ponderous and serious official stuff but I'm sure the main gist of the statement could be made in a lighter vein.
