We've just done a little tweaking to increase the amount of default space for viewing messages. There's no real difference between Netscape and IEExplorer on this one. What you can do also to increase your screen space is to pull up the location and tool bars at the top of your screen. This will give you more message space - you should still have a back button left for navigation (top RH corner) even when you do this. Just grab and drag the tool bar bottom border upwards. The next and previous buttons are also useful for quickly scrolling through messages.
