WHB figures - ~20% of 16-year olds in the West have tried at least one illegal drug rising to ~30% of 18 year olds. Cannabis is the main drug but also e and solvents. Over half of 18 year olds drink alcohol. Heroin has reached Athlone and they are execting it in Galway and further west in the near future. So parents - wake up and smell the coffee.
