Maybe since theres so many people doing the stuff anyway it would be better to make it safer by legalising it. (before you all brand me as a mad dope head Id just like to point out that I dont do any recreational drugs -legal or otherwise). Of course There are those who would go the other route and have all drug dealers tortured and/or executed. Whichever side youre on its time we had a serious and well informed debate on this issue because with up to 40% (and more) of kids in some places taking drugs THE PRESENT POLICY IS A MISERABLE FAILURE AND WE NEED TO CHANGE IT FAST !
