Four Days Walks

This year will be the 50th anniversary of the Castlebar International Four Days Walks.

To mark this fantastic achievement, it has been decided to hold the parade again in the town. But they need your help!! The parade will take place after 7pm mass on Sat. July 1st and will go from church up to the TF.

We want you to participate and show your support for one of Ireland's oldest festivals. If you are a club, will you join in? If you are a community group, can you get a few of your friends to march? Tog out in your club colours and lets show the other towns that we support this festival.

There will be a colour party from the Irish army and Castlebar Concert Band will provide the music. The 300 international walkers will be invited to join in and the flags of all nations will be flying high. But we need you.

Please spread the word and get a few together for the occasion. If nothing else, it will be great craic!!
