WhistleBlast Quartet

FREE FAMILY CONCERT Wednesday 14th September @ 6.00pm

The WhistleBlast Quartet - Mary Curran (French Horn), Ken Edge (Saxophone & Clarinet), Andrew Synnott (Piano) and Síle Daly (Oboe & Cor Anglais) - performs a short Free Family Concert for all ages. The new programme, featuring guest Double Bassist Joe Csibi, includes Saint-Saëns' Danse Macabre, Prokofiev's Montagues and Capulets, James Bond themes and a special piece written and performed by Joe. All to rock the musical senses with an emphasis on Fun! Children from Snugboro National School will also perform a short composition that they will have created with the Quartet. An informal and accessible concert guaranteed to delight: need we say more?
