open from 7.30 am to 8. 30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. If you have
any problems with your treatment you can contact us within these

renal dialysis facility

techniques carried out

approach to patient care by highly skilled staff.

unit.
- Close monitoring of
patients haemodynamic, nutritional and renal
status
- Monthly low clearance
clinics attended by Dr. B. Duffy (Nephrologist) last Wednesday of
each month.
- Advice on vascular access
formation and after care of same.
- Pre dialysis advice and
support.
- Dietitian allocated to unit
to give dietary advice to patient and family
- Acute dialysis sessions
i.e. post surgery, trauma or drug induced
- Dialysis sessions tailored
to patients needs and/or work demands
- Individual patient
TV's.
- Pre transplant work up
advise and support.
- Post transplant follow up
monitoring and support.
- Holiday patients accepted
when they fulfil unit
criteria.
