I wasn't advocating positive discrimination. You stated that it is easier for a traveller to get a council house than it is for a settled person. I asked for some evidence of this. Someone else also suggested that travellers are treated more leniently by the courts. Again I would like some evidence.

If you can give me some solid facts that are not based on hearsay and rumour then I will accept them.

You still haven't shown me how the travellers are placing such a burden on the state, which was your original argument. When I pointed out some examples of how the travellers are not a burden on the state you replied by saying that it is there own fault that they are not a burden. That may or may not be the case but it doesn't back up your original assertion. In fact it suggests that the opposite is true.
