Jees who are all these people?

Actually ho was the band playing in The Humbert the nght of the BB /Friday Club/ Revolutionary committee meeting. Jays talk about loud, Am I getin old when I say I worried about my hearing for the 3 minutes it took me to order a pint at the bar. Apart from that I'm afraid I saw litle in the way of live music for the entire time (Though the parochial version of The Corrs in Dalys of Mulranney on New Years Day wern't too bad if they smiled more and mind ya "Jim" was a bit long in the tooth too!!!).

Rocky's was very impressive and busy though as some of the critics were heard to say that's all well and good as a novelty for the Christmas but how long will those crowds last. Cox's was fierce quiet on Friday night though.

Johnny's is the same adorable place as ever and I hope it never changes. You'd definately miss the presence of Paddy (RIP) from Moran's. Welcome Inn's crazy as ever, especially all those "residents" in there at 3.30 in the morning, Never got to the TF and Breaffy House as ever is grand oh yeah and I believe a certain establishment on the Mall where I spent one fairly late and enjoyable night myself was visited by a team of those guys broung specially up from Templemore for the festive season.

So that's my roundup of the C-bar pub scene for the Festive season.

See y'all again some time in March/April
