This year, Mayo County Council's Children's Theatre tour brought ‘A Magic Merry Christmas’, presented by Belfast-based streetWISE Community Theatre to Primary schools in the Ballycastle/Killala, Ballina/Crossmolina and Foxford/Swinford areas.

Syd & Jim - Decorators to the Stars!

“Peabrain the magician is preparing for a visit from his old friend Santa, and decides to take on ‘professional’ decorators Jim and Syd to make sure everything looks just right. The job suddenly gets even harder when a mischievous witch gets into Peabrain’s house! Can Jim and Syd make everything right, or will Santa’s visit have to be cancelled?”

Mayo County Council's Children's Theatre Tour aim was to bring a theatre experience to schools in areas where there is little or no access to theatre events.
