From www.castlebar.ie Leisure  Seamus Lunn from Castlebar who was the winner of the recent competition run on www.castlebar.ie and sponsored by the Olive Tree Restaurant. The photo shows Seamus receiving his prize from Mustapha Aboubi, the owner of the Olive Tree Restaurant. The new Restaurant is located at Newtown, and certainly brings a touch of the exotic to Castlebar. The prize was dinner for two at the Olive Tree. The competition asked you to name the mixed spice used in Moroccan cooking. The correct answer was the spice "Ras El Hanout".
