River Walk Turlough to Windsor

Looking upstream at the bridge nearest to Turlough Village.
Looking downstream at Turlough - a regular heron is often seen here.
A sloped path down to the river from the road to the start of this section.
A beautiful tree-lined walk with beech nuts crunching under foot
The path runs close to the river. Keep an eye out for the dipper that frequents this stretch. A bobbing black bird with a white bib and prone to diving into the river.
Life belts are in place at intervals along the walk.
The section is approx 1.3 km in length.
