Castlebar Zombie Walk 2014

Castlebar hosted its very first Zombie walk on Halloween night this year. The zombie walk was organised in association with ÁIRC, a charity for children with disabilities. Rita Scott was one of the main organisers and did an absolutely fantastic job. Rita runs her own radio show called The Crypt and is a huge fan of all things horror related!

The evening began at Mayo Leisure Point where volunteers prepared the make-up for the would-be zombies. Next the zombies began their walk around Castlebar finishing up on Market Square. Then we were treated to a brilliant dance performance from Dance World Another Level.
