Croagh Patrick 7 Day Challenge for Autism 2012

"155 climbers completed the 7 day challenge and over 1800 climbs were put in over the week. We had only one injury that needed Mayo Mountain Rescue to assist with. Base camp operated from 6am until 7.30pm each day. We had a mix of good weather with some rain towards the end. The atmosphere was lively all week. The Base Camp Crew kept all climbers fed and nourished over the week.

As organiser I am truly blown away with how the week went, all climbers were inspirational in their own way each day. People climbed before work, after work, some even 3 times a day. I hope we will raise enough funds to keep our school open in Kiltimagh . Climb for Autism!"
