St Patrick's BNS Wizard Walk 2011

Castlebar came to a halt as the wizards walked!!

The Parents Association in St Patricks BNS were looking for a fun way to raise much wanted funds for the school. The sponsored Wizard Walk came about! This entailed everyone dressing up and walking through town. The Parents' Association also provided funding for the Mad Science show for all the children from Junior infants to sixth class which took place on Friday in the hall. The show was a great success. It's great that all the children, parents, staff and the wider community supported the event so whole heartedly. It is hoped that the sponsored Wizard Walk will become an annual event. It's fantastic that the children in the school rose over €8000 euros.
