On the 1901 Census website you can see that there's an Austin Lavelle resident on Tucker St.

Garryduff (Tucker Street) (Castlebar Urban, Mayo)

If you look at the link to the House and Building Return (Form B1) you can see the original census enumerator document describing the out house buildings.

In the 'Other Out House' description column you can see that No 4 Tucker street had a 'Bake House' at the back of the property.
