Funny you should bring that subject up just now PJ, as I have just finished watching a documentary on The singer 'Joni Mitchell' who was meant to perform there along with "Crosby ,Stills, Nash, Young, & Daly! . However at the same time, she had been scheduled to appear on the 'Dick Cavett' show and did not want to miss being on national T.V. As it turns out she had been doing a line with David Stills, and he rented a hellocopter and flew the band back to New York after their performance in time to be added guests on the show with her. She had watched the concert on T.V.. Their story of the "happening" must have inspired her for she sat down and wrote the song "Woodstock"!,
