Dan Callaghan was one of the best. Worked with Dan in the boning department of Castlebar Bacon Company. The memories come tumbling back. The craic was great in those days and Dan was always in the middle of it. God be with the bacon factory and the great men who worked in it from town and country. They were badly treated at the end.
