Moran's Bakery was opposite the now "St Geralds College ". Mrs Moran came up with a unique advertisment. In her front garden facing the road.She raised the garden level to an inclineof approx. 20 degrees, and on the the left garden with bright flowers,in large dimensions, spelt out the name' Moran's', and on the right side, spelt out the name 'Bakery' and left the rest as mentioned above, to the tantalising odour as one passed by!.
