I agree with you entirely John Doe. What exactly is your prospective or your expectations of a Night Club. Spell it out John D. Draw us a picture, a blue print if you will. I have not been to ballina for a while ,why don't you start there for comparision. Where would you have it, or build it, would it require a liquour license, till two, till 4?, How big would it be? An existing building . All kinds of muisic? or just another rave held in a barn in a bog and people sinking in eEggsatty in a mire of craniumchaos. Show me the money!.How many people can you get to sign. O f course John Doe this is a matter for the 'Urban Council Board' or a Bank Board, and lastly could you make it pay?. Personally i would move to Ballina.
