It's the kind of thing that will go down in the folklore of Pollathomas for a long time to come. I can only imagine the grief that was caused. At least the Castlebar River Coffin story was light hearted. I can imagine kids daring each other to jump in and float down the river as if they were in the African Queen. Frank Warde will have to keep an eye out at the old mill there.
