What is Lord Lucan's name? I was reading about a Lord Lucan during the potatoe famine and how he starved his people too death because he was otherwise occupied in London and was ignoring the problem until it was too late. Thought the problem was exagerated. Instead of supplies and food, they finaly had to use what funds were doled out for caskets. His last name was Bingham. He also had an area manager, I do not remember his name. I read this in actual journals ...
