Brookhouse history

Does anyone ahve any history on the Brookhouse name from Castlebar? I am descended from a Richard Brookhouse who was born in Castlebar on May 3, 1825. He moved to the uS around 1850 and married another Mayo County girl named Ann Jane Clark.

Any information on the fmaily name or history for Brookhouse would be greatly appreciated.
