Anyone out there remember Barry O'Dwyer from Station Road?
Resident now in Houston, Texas as far as I know. Met his mother last night who is very much hale and hearty and in the course of the conversation, I asked her how Barry was. "Oh, he's great. In fact his birthday in on Sunday, and I remember well the day he was born. It was the first day of the big snow in 1947", said she. I never knew that he was responsible for the big snow!!
Happy Birthday Barry if you see this. I'm told he checks the Castlebar site on and off.
