Great memories Murrisk. How the landscape of that entire area has changed over the years! You may be interested to know that there was a planning application published in our beloved Connaught a few weeks ago, seeking permisson from the council to build a large number of houses (around 90 I think)in Mc Donalds field at Mountgordon.If that goes ahead, that will certainly change the area in a big way.
