Yes it does,and it is also undergoing some change at the moment.Do you recall Kilkenny Cross???.At the moment MCC are constructing a new roundabout there.The idea is to funnel traffic into town thru Moneen.It might work if they sort out the problem in Lucan Street.I dont know if the golden mile was a mile long or just an imagenary mile.
