Connaught Telegraph August 1955.5 castlebar men have been taking to the water of Loch Lannagh very much in the last few weeks.Their purpose is to bring to Castlebar the Connaught Life Saving Championship.The men are members of Castlebars Life Saving Team,Iarla Mongey,Michael Kneafsey,Herbie and James (Bonny) Glynn and Sean O Loughlin.
