I believe Colin was Alan's brother. I do not remember a sister. I do remember Alan, on a beautiful summer's day at the lake, spinning a long convoluted yarn about a beautiful Rapunzel-like creature supposed to have inhabited the Black Fort. Perhaps the artistic temperment !! Both Alan and Colin would have finished secondary school in the late 1950's ??
