The last photo lacks the clarity and resolution of the previous B.&W. snaps thus making finite recognisances difficult if not impossible, though invaluable as a period shot,as the improved uniforms show the evolution of the Castlebar Boys Band, from it's conception by Bro. Gerald in the Military Barracks,maroon peaked caps and dented tin whistles clamouring O Donnell ABU and Roddy Mc Corley around the streets of Castlebar on St Patricks day. Reports of other snapshots to be posted, are eagerly waited, I will be posting a few myself by and by. Where is everyone you ask?. Rumour has it that a certain boarder is heading west on the silver bird bearing SWEET smelling flowers for a special occasion. Our man in Buenos Aires has Murrisk slated for the next President of Argentina, or was he the last!?, Tempus was seen boarding a plane at Shannon, to shave beards in Kabul! with his new( still yet experimental) disposable synthetic open razors, the cargo hold filled with a dozen crates of looka like leather straps from China. Settling back in his airliner couch toasting the rout of Benie Laden and the demise of the TallyBand and the bearded gold mind in Afwhanishtan ah yes he smiled as the olivesoaked up the gin, first Kabul then the world!.
