If you have the image on your computer, pretend to e-mail it to someone (no need to send it). Open the image, click File and then Send. The size of the image will immediately show in brackets after the image. For example jeansclass.jpg (250KB). The image needs to be around 150KB in size or preferably 100KB according to M. If it is too large ask the person who scanned it to reduce its size to around 100KB. You should then be able to upload it.
Alternatively, e-mail it to M who can size it for loading.
