Yeah my apologies on that re Paddy O'Malley, I bought a tube and tyre or two and a derailler from him. And Yeah the Mum told me about Martin McTigue too RIP, A grand fella, always very fit and wiry looking, like a spring. God Rest Him.

I know this isn't necessarily a forum for Nostalgia of Breaffy but there's some great lore from Breaffy too which is sadly been taken to the grave all the time by people like Martin McTigue.

Wonder could we get soe of that stuff on the record on the Webpage. I kno Tom Higgins did some great ork on recording the memoreis of many of the ould stock.

I have some stories and memories of the Old Church, The Old School, The Coachy Bower (Used run below where the main road is now, There's a bridge down behind the big Italian mansion and traces of the road running behind Fahy's PO in Breaffy.

Also people like Jimmy Caulfield (and Mick Heneghan RIP) had/have great stories of acting as beaters for the Brownes during the hunt season.

So can we include Breaffy in our reminicance too?
