Right about the electricals Mogli. The " fishing rod" is a billiard cue. The location was "The Club",( Gentlemen`s haven) upstairs at the Town Hall. It was the forerunner of The Social Club which started in the old St. Gerald`s on Chapel St. in 72/73.
All have passed away, except perhaps the man on the right. You`ll have to wait a while for the names. Some of the more mature NBers will oblige I`m sure.
