Howya MM? I presume the carnival you mention is a dancing carnival as opposed to amusements?
I remember my dad having programmes of carnivals many years ago, where the dance started at about 9 pm and continued until 3 am approx. The punters must have had terrific stamina!
I'll see if I can locate some of the programmes.
