Sorry md-not much else to add. The family of the lady who owned this photo all thought it was of Chapel Street and were most surprised to discover it is not. There may be grounds for thinking it relates to some part of the funeral of Arthur Griffiths (his remains were moved from Dublin to Frenchpark) as I have said above but it is only speculation at this time. MM is going to do some sleuthing when in Ireland.
