I havent had pancakes in ages.I actually prefer the crepe type to the thicker American style pancake.I had great crepes and apple cider once in Brittany.But I also really enjoyed the flap jacks(more like the American pancakes) in Bewleys and another restaurant on Grafton Street years ago.Was it called Flap Jacks?
