Does anybody remember a marquee in Waters field on the Pontoon Road.?Sometime in the late 60s.I recall spending some time on a frozen Rathbawn lake throwing stones at the fish swimming underneath,dont ever tell my mother !!,but on the way home I recall this marquee which was empty naturally enough at that hour of the day ( 3 pm ) but We did find ahalf a crown on the floor .So if anyone did lose half a crown back then I still have it in safekeeping for them.
