A brilliantly excuted free kick by Barry Kelly in the eightyseventh minute settled this tense league encounter on Saturday evening last.

Snugboro had started the better of the two teams and went into a deserved lead when David Roughneen scored after a great run from the half way line, However The visitors came back into the game to equalise on the stroke of half time.

Roughneen with his second on 52 minutes put 'Boro back in front after his shot from an acute angle found the net.

The game then entered its most competitive stage as Snugboro tried to press home their advantage while S&F Utd battled bravely in search of an equaliser.

Padraig Conway twice went close ,while Danny Lawless had a good effort saved following a probing run and Anthony Healy shaved the crossbar with along range effort.

As the game approached injury time Snugboro produced their winner direct from the training ground when Danny Lawless rolled a free kick to Barry Kelly who sent a tremendous shot to the top corner of the net from all of thirty yards to wrap up the points
