Mayo International Super Cup

The question that everyone is asking is, will we be fed up with all the sport, that will be taking place during the summer. I don't think so, We will always be interested in how our sports people are performing, no matter what sport it is.

This summer we will have the Mayo International Soccer Super Cup which will take place, from the 24th to the 27th August. This tournament will be for boys Under 13, With a Mayo selection playing clubs from England. As this is the first time that this competition will be taking place, it will be confined to four teams.

Already three clubs from across the water have confirmed that they will be participating. It is hoped that games will be played in Castlebar, Ballyglass, Ballina Swinford and Manulla.

The visiting teams are all well known, and the games should be of a very high standard. The names of the clubs involved will be released at a Launch of the Mayo International Super Cup, that will take place in June.

So will have our own games in Mayo, and who knows they maybe more exciting, than what we will see on the TV.
