It's Claremorris's answer to Operation Transformation!

The DeCare Dental Sport A Smilerun/walk is taking place in Claremorris on August 27^th at 12 noon. This year marks the race's 10^th anniversary and race organisers, DeCare Dental Insurance in association with the Claremorris Chamber are organising a great competition to help get 3 lucky people trained up for the event.

It's a great event, with all proceeds going to Mayo Cancer Support Association and the event has raised over €110,000 for charity over the last 10 years.

Enter the DeCare Dental Sport a Smilechallenge yourself or volunteer a worthy friend today. 3 lucky winners will receive a customised 8-week training program, including their own personal trainer and free use of fitness facilities, compliments of Claremorris Leisure Centre, The McWilliam Park Hotel and Phoenix Total Fitness, Claremorris.

The competition is suitable for runners and walkers of all fitness levels. You can use the training to improve your walking performance, get help preparing to run a race for the first time or if you're already a runner, get help to improve your race times.

You must be available to participate in an 8 week customised training schedule, starting the first week in July.
