Fit4Life Meet and Train Venue

Fit4Life have changed the venue for the Meet and Train sessions on
Monday evenings to Breaffy GAA grounds at 7.30. This is necessary due to
refurbishment of the facilities in GMIT.
All runners/joggers/walkers
very welcome.
