From Castlebar - County Mayo - Sports We would be really grateful if you would be in a position to help us out on Sunday April 30th for the 8th Annual Mini Marathon. Volunteers are essential to us and the smooth running of the event. Mostly we need stewards for the mini marathon route, start/finish team, mall duty amongst other roles. We promise that you will be in good company as we hope to have in excess of 150 volunteers on Sunday 30th April making the event enjoyable, safe and fun for everyone! It's a very busy day with the Mini Marathon at 12 noon,(approx 2000 participants) Mini Mini Fun Run 12.10 pm (approx 1000) and this year also includes The Year of the French Re-enactment at 3pm. The day is busy but lots of fun too, many surprises and plenty of excitement. So how can you help? Please Call Me if: · You can help steward for the Mini Marathon · Mini Marathon volunteers will need to be at the Mall from 10am-2.30pm · Refreshments will be provided.
