Men on the Move "The best move you will ever make!"

Mayo Sports Partnership and HSE West are calling on all men throughout Mayo who want to get more physically active to join the Men on the Move programme near you this Autumn . Men on the Move is an 8 week activity programme for men aged 30 plus with the aim to get active, have fun and meet new people. It involves weekly / twice weekly sessions which are leader led. Training sessions are structured to suit different fitness levels and progress your fitness at a pace to suit you!

It will be the best move you will ever make!!!

Details have just been announced for the recommencement of the Men on the Move with programmes available in 10 areas recommencing from Monday 5th October. More information on the initiative can be got by contacting Mayo Sports Partnership at 094-9047025.
