Clubs and organisations should be creating more discussion on their web sites. The whole county should now be come involved in this exercise.

We couldn't agree with you more. The Castlebar Information Age Town gave out 70 free computers to local Clubs and Societies. It was agreed that each club would provide content and maintain their Club web sites. We even provided hours of free training to Club Members. Some of the Clubs have been excellent at keeping up their part of the bargain, others have not been so good. The fact is that the time has come for Clubs and Societies to move into the Information Age. There are many benefits to having a presence on the Internet not least the generation of additional sponsorship and new members. We would be happy to extend this service to the entire county and any County Club or organisation should contact Ramona Lavelle by email or telephone 094-26524 to discuss this further.
