Have visited Castlebar many times in the past eight years - when "over." My wife has a niece and nephew living in Castlebar, and, as a native of County Mayo she, throughout half her life, was in Castlebar hundreds of times. As we shall be, for a long stay, next year - 2002. With the help of God, that is. We find your lovely (small) city to be gracious and clean most of the time, and a great place to shop. We purchased many Waterford products there, as I remember, last time home, in Ireland. As well, I visit this website every day and keep up, as best I can, on the Castlebar news. God bless.
